CEREMONY Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 14, 2025

Welcome to CEREMONY, operated by Zen Compass, Inc. ("Zen Compass," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CEREMONY's website, mobile app, and services (together, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using CEREMONY, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you subscribe to paid content, you also agree to our Paid Subscription Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who Can Use CEREMONY

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your place of residence.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at j.ceremony.works@gmail.com.

3. Content on CEREMONY

3.1 Guide Content

Guides are independent content creators who publish material on CEREMONY.

Guides may offer both free and paid content. Paid content is available only with an active subscription to that Guide.

3.2 Your Use of Content

Content on CEREMONY is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, redistribute, or publicly display content without permission.

All intellectual property rights remain with the Guide or Zen Compass, as applicable.

3.3 Content Removal

Guides may remove content at any time.

If you believe content was removed in error, email j.ceremony.works@gmail.com. We do not guarantee reinstatement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use CEREMONY for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Guides or other users.
  • Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CEREMONY systems or accounts.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid content is subject to our Paid Subscription Terms.

Prices and availability may change at any time, but changes will not affect active billing periods unless stated.

6. Platform Availability

CEREMONY may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or data loss resulting from such downtime.

7. Guides Are Independent Contractors

Guides are not employees or representatives of Zen Compass.

We do not endorse or control a Guide's personal views, actions, or obligations outside the Platform.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CEREMONY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy or reliability of Guide content.
  • Any disputes between you and a Guide.
  • Any damages resulting from your use of CEREMONY.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as described in our Paid Subscription Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CEREMONY after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
